Julia is so special, understanding, and kind! I have an ostomy, and whenever I need her expertise, she is there! She is calm and makes me feel so nurtured and cared about personally. She is a true artist in shaping the contours of my ostomy device to ensure a good seal and prevent leaking, which can be very tricky.

I am 81 years young. Julia patiently talks to me and explains how to cut and mold the device. She then shows me how to correctly position it and pat it down ensuring a proper fit. She even taught me a trick to prevent skin breakdown and infection. Julia Hope is a remarkable example of the nursing profession. For Julia, RN = “Real Nurse”!
