Tuesday night was my first night here in the hospital and I was in a lot of pain. Julia made the pain not so bad with her wonderful personality and kindness. She was quick and never once showed any signs that I bothered her. She was genuine. She is a wonderful worker. Thank you, Julia, for your outstanding care. You are very much appreciated.
