I can't begin to explain how great Julia was towards me. I am hard of hearing and have trouble with my vision and it's really hard getting old. I have had two brain surgeries due to tumors and have also had my left ear removed. Julia took my emotions and really listened to them. She stayed by my side and when she would talk to me she would get close to my ear to make sure I would understand.

I've been in the hospital many times and it's hard to get a nurse that will really listen and work with you. That's exactly what Julia did for me yesterday. It may not seem like that big a deal to anyone else but to me, it meant a lot. I can only say how great she is over and over. I wish everyone in the facility could get an award because I know they put up with a lot and care. But Julia took it further and showed me immense compassion that I cannot thank her enough for.
