#1: Julia is a one-of-a-kind nurse. She is always there to take great care of her patients and explain their care to them. Today, Julie was in charge and in labor. She still took her time to ensure she fulfilled all her patients' needs and finished giving an in-depth report. She is smart, kind, and always pushing the rest of the floor to be our best and to take excellent care of our patients. Julia truly cares for her patients like they are her own family. She is so thorough and the best advocate, too.
#2: Julia is extremely deserving of the DAISY Award. Today, her water broke, and Julia was very calm and continued to chart and give reports. I am amazed by her dedication and hope to be as great of a nurse someday.
#3: I admire Julia for the nurse she is. Not only is she extremely thorough, but she is an advocate for her patients (more than anyone I know). She demonstrates empathy that I hope to have one day.
