During my recent visit to the ER, I was alone, scared, and nervous. While there, Julia exemplified the DAISY philosophy by demonstrating excellence through her clinical knowledge and extraordinary compassionate care. She went the extra mile. To say she is an Extraordinary Nurse is an understatement. Now I know why nurses are held in such high esteem and that nursing is said to be the most trusted profession. Julia made it evident through the care she provided me. Julia deserves to be recognized for her extraordinary care and compassion. Julia represents the gold standard of patient care.
