Julia always goes above and beyond with her patients to make them feel at ease, find what they need, always demonstrates a positive attitude. She brightens the unit with her presence, her sense of humor. She is a great example and role model for many younger/newer nurses on our unit. She is always dependable, communicates well with patients, staff, providers and management. And of course her appearance is always professional.
