Julia Ryder has been a nurse since 2011. Her patients tell us how kind, caring and knowledgeable she is and that she makes them feel important. They rave about the great care she provides them, helping them to remain calm through difficult situations. She is passionate about finding ways to decrease waste in the ER. Julia has been an advocate for change and brings light to her department.
