Julia Tuozzo, RN

Julia is extremely kind and professional. I had diep flap surgery, and she took care of me overnight. She introduced herself, and she exhibited competence and compassion. She explained everything she was doing and how often things would be checked. She took her time to really inspect the surgery site to ensure it looked as it should. She was timely in her check-ins, and I felt well cared for. Additionally, every time she left the room, she said, “Just press the call button if you need anything at all.” This made me feel so good to know she was just around the corner if I needed anything.
