Julia is always a team player on the unit. Not only is she a valuable clinical resource, but she is also known for her positive and helpful attitude. Julia's shift was due to end but she stayed late to give a bedside report in the PICU after a difficult medical alert.

After, she further extended her shift to help me with labs and a line on a difficult PIV placement. She didn't rush me or the family so she could go home, instead, she helped troubleshoot broken equipment and helped me send the blood work. Julia stayed 3 hours after her shift to send a patient to the ICU and help me with my assignment. I really appreciate all that she does for the unit, and she truly is an irreplaceable resource.
