Julian has been excellent, he truly is amazing! I have no words to express what he has done. He made sure that there was no mistake on his team or on him during my mother’s care. He really did make sure everything was perfect. We truly appreciate him so much. We have been so overwhelmed, furious, and frustrated with the care of the previous nurses my mother had before.

He was on top of everything and making sure everything was right on the dot with everything that my mother needed, making sure that the family was updated at all times, making sure we were all on the same page. With all explanations, he would make sure we understood very well. Made sure there was no confusion, asked if we knew why certain things were happening, and made sure we all knew how my mom’s care should be, how to move her, and how to empty out her bag. He is exceptionally efficient and very caring. 

There were a lot of disappointed feelings and anger with the morning nurses who had discharged my mother a day before she had to come back. He assured us that my mother was in good hands with his care. Although we were all in an untrustworthy state of mind, he was able to show us that she was in good hands. 

I hope that she doesn’t have to come back anytime soon, but if she does, I hope that she falls into the care of Julian again. I am grateful that Julian didn’t hesitate or lag in my mother’s care. Thank You! He has done an amazing and outstanding job! She will be discharged tomorrow, and we expect that there will be no errors or mistakes associated with her discharge. We expect that all orders are sent and that she has everything she needs before she even goes home. Not one mistake will be acceptable on our end.

We trust in Julian that he will make sure that she is set before even letting her go. I have no doubt in him. He has been extra with everything. He has taken his job very seriously! Outstanding performance!
