Juliana not only has great nurses' intuition, but is also going above and beyond to show her care for our patients and their families. I have seen her insist on her intuition about a patient with their healthcare team, only to be proven right shortly after. She also goes above and beyond for patients who are not even hers. I once had a compassionate extubation on a patient with no family. After the extubation, I got busy with a new admission. Juliana was in my patient's room, sitting next to him and making sure he was comfortable and not alone until he passed away.
