Juliana demonstrates compassion for not only her fellow team members but also her patients. During shift change, a patient was becoming agitated and aggressive, quickly escalating the situation. Even though it was not her patient, Juliana used caring language to help calm the patient. She also recognized that the nurse and the sitter needed assistance and did not hesitate to stop what she was doing to step in to help. It is in her nature to help where she can. Juliana continues to set an example for other team members to follow. When you see her doing the best for her patients, you can't help but want to do the same.
