The Swedish Nursing Staff that has supported me from pre-op, operation, and post-op have exhibited a level of excellence and professionalism with every touch. Most of my awake hours have been with Nurse Juliana Ubina. Juliana clearly has the clinical expertise required to do an excellent job but her direct compassionate care of me is what stands out. She got me sitting up and walking when I needed to but wasn't sure I wanted to. She gently readjusted me countless times when the pain was excruciating and tears were streaming down my face. Juliana's balance between expertise and compassion is what makes her stand out and I am so grateful she's my Nurse.
