Miss Julianna is the sweetest nurse who has been nothing but an angel. I had a lot of stress and anxiety coming into the hospital regarding my surgery and outside stressors. Miss Julianna listened and advocated for me in every way possible. She went out of her way and got me set up with support groups and even offered to come in on her day off to sit next to me as a support person if I needed it. When I was upset about hearing about the surgery I needed, she grabbed my hand and sat with me and teared up, too; I knew she felt my pain, so she tried to humor me and made me feel like I wasn't in the hospital. She updated my family and even found someone to watch my cat for me. She handled all the stress I had going on outside. I know nurses don't do that and she said it is my job to make sure you heal so let me help the best I can for you. Miss Julianna truly loves her job, and it shows. I am going to miss having her as my nurse she always knows how to put a smile on your face. She gave me a lot of information on my surgery and what to expect and described how the day would go and the following days after this took some of the anticipated anxiety off my plate. She even brought me flowers and a cupcake on the day after my surgery which was so sweet! Dear Miss Julianna, I will always remember you.
