I don't think that sharing a specific story about Julianna is necessary because she shows up every day, exuding excellence. Every single day, she shows up with a positive attitude and endlessly encourages her coworkers to do the same. Patients, coworkers, and students are naturally drawn to Julianna's naturally welcoming personality. Starting with teamwork, Julianna is always willing to help others, whether it's helping out on the floor or picking up a night shift. The girl must be tired, but you would never guess it because she means business when it comes to her work. She is your go-to for any skill needed. Difficult NG tube? Julianna can place it. Difficult IV stick? Julianna can place it. Our new grads are extremely lucky to have her to guide them.

Aside from being exceptional at her own job, she takes the time to recognize her co-workers for their triumphs. She makes sure everyone else is celebrated by being their champion, and I think it is long overdue for us to be hers.
