Julianna consistently exhibits all of the qualities required of an outstanding role model and continues to impress me with her skills and compassion. On one particular day, while passing through the ICU waiting area Julianna stopped what she was doing to get coffee for visitors. She smiled and said "I have time to make coffee for you" she treated the visitors as she would one of her family members. I feel Julianna is the type of nurse who will go far in her career.
