Julianna does not just provide nursing care to her own patients, she is one of those rare nurses who does more.  She does not need to be asked for help, but she consistently goes out of her way to offer help.  If you pay close attention, you will notice during her hourly rounds, she does not just check on her patients, but she walks around the entire unit to peek in the rooms to ensure ALL patients are safe.  I have never heard Julianna say she is too busy to help.  She has a profound wealth of knowledge and is a great leader on our unit.  When she is working, we always feel safe.

She is a very caring nurse; she takes time with her patients and takes the time to explain everything.  She is very helpful to all the nurses on the unit.  She will often go out of her way to give nurses breaks even if she hasn’t taken a break herself.
