Hi Julianne,

Thank you so much for meeting with me today. I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your patience in waiting for me, helping me calm down, and of all the education. I was telling my mother-in-law that in the days after receiving the diagnosis, I was a puddle of tears, but today, I finally feel better equipped with the knowledge to control what I can. I told her this is one of the first times I've felt heard during my pregnancy journey, and it's definitely the first time I left Res feeling better than when I had entered. That is all because of you!! Thank you for being so compassionate and for meeting me where I am. Just wanted to let you know I was thinking of you as I reflect upon my goals for the next few months and beyond.
