Upon first meeting Julianne, she was energetic and positive, which made us all feel hopeful during a time of uncertainty. Julianne was key to the successful progression of my L&D, resulting in not only myself but my child avoiding unnecessary stressors. She demonstrated excellent quality service by being attentive to my needs, mindful of my concerns, and compassionate towards my fears. Julianne was personable and funny, which allowed me to feel comfortable and at ease during labor.

Rachel presented with the same kindness, positive energy and willing attitude as Julianne and carried me through the scary and intensive epidural process within minutes of meeting me. Rachel was comforting, informative, and patient throughout the entire process. Rachel was thorough in explaining each step of the c-section process and provided me and my family with the dose of courage needed to carry through with the procedure. The teamwork demonstrated by these nurses went over and beyond what was expected. These nurses blew away my expectations, and I will forever be grateful to them for their professionalism, dedication, kindness, compassion, and understanding.
