After my son had been at a level 10 pain for 3 days straight, Julianne overheard what was happening and stepped up to listen, then showed concern and compassion. She got the necessary doctors to come and provide the needed pain meds to level out my son's condition. She was not even his nurse, yet she went above and beyond to get him the attention he needed!
