Julianne Savage

Julianne Savage is the most compassionate and emotionally intelligent person I have ever met. She takes the time to stay with patients, ensure their concerns are heard, and advocate for their needs. She sees patients as people, not tasks. She is passionate about addressing healthcare inequities and raises awareness of these topics, even among those outside of nursing school.

After clinicals, she appropriately shares she concerns regarding nurses who overlook patients' anxiety or pain in providing care. Additionally, she puts her full effort into studying...not to earn a grade, but to deeply understand pathology and nursing care in order to become a competent nurse. Overall, Julianne is a caring nursing student and friend, and I am so grateful to have met her.
