Julie received a phone call from a patient she has been navigating that her husband was in the ER. This patient was very distraught and upset because she had low blood counts from chemo and was unable to go with her husband to the ER. This nurse stepped up and offered to go sit with her husband and provide updates to help ease her mind. Julie's service and compassion go beyond patient care and truly align with the OSF Mission and Values to serve with the greatest care and love!
