Julie is clearly someone who takes great pride in her job. It is important to her to get things done right. She did a fantastic job leading the joint replacement class especially since we were all somewhat hesitant. She spoke confidently about the procedure and the process and injected humor and made everyone feel comfortable. I was surprised to see her again in the hospital as she followed up to make sure I was doing okay. She worked it out so that I had adequate pain meds to make it through a long ride home and made sure the floor nurse expedited the discharge. I was particularly touched that she called several times during the week following to check on my wellbeing and answered questions. I so appreciate her dedication to going above and beyond. I am so grateful to the doctor and this nurse for the excellent care I received during my total knee replacement.
