Julie went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. She made sure we were aware of our rights in all questions about procedures and medication. My mom was so secure in staying under her care because she listened and spoke clearly so mom could understand what was happening to her. My mother was so thrilled when Julie told us she was going to request to return the next day, that it wasn't a guarantee, but she could request it. It was very nice to have the same nurse two days in a row. Then she came to visit the next day before she started a shift on the 6th floor. Mom felt so cherished!
