Julie Bass, RN
My sister was in a very traumatic car accident, and we are all from Texas. She woke up by herself, freaking out. Nurse Julie would hold her hand and check on her. She would call me if my sister was panicking so that she could relieve her anxiety. On top of that, she helped me feel better as well. I am only 22 years old and my sister is 21. I am very far from home and she just blew me away with her kindness. I thank you all at Mercy for what you do.
