Julie provides an exceptionally high standard of care that has a positive impact on patient care and quality outcomes. During my Father’s recent stay, he didn’t want to take his pain meds in order to appear stronger and ready for discharge. Julie managed to preserve his pride and dignity and explained to him why he needed his pain medication. When speaking with him, Julie was truly engaged in what he was saying, and established a relationship my father trusted. Her insight and intuitive grasp of the situation enabled him to feel safe and less needful to hurry home. Julie is an exceptional nurse.
