I had a virtual physical last week with my Nurse Practitioner and found her dedication and caring attitude to be superior in every aspect. I am so fortunate to have her as my team provider and I want her to be recognized for her job as the best I have had with any medical staff.
Note: Sadly, Julie passed away a week prior to her DAISY presentation. Her award was presented to her family in her honor.
