My mother was admitted. She is 88 years of age. After spending 6 hours in the ER alone due to no visitors policy related to COVID-19, she felt scared and alone. Mom remembered one nurse - Julie Brady, by name. Julie admitted mom and mom said she explained everything to her and made her feel comfortable and not so alone. Julie helped her dial the phone to call me. Mom said Julie was very patient with her and all the admission questions. I felt comfortable knowing she had Julie to get her settled. I would trust Julie with any of my members. Julie Brady is a Real Nurse. Thank you for also checking in with her and all you do.
