Julie Brooks, RN

I had my right big toe removed in September 2020. After surgery, I stayed in the south wing. I had several good nurses in my 20 weeks there. I had one exceptional nurse while there. In many ways, all she did was her job. But she always had a pleasant attitude. I thought she was the best nurse I had. The comparison was not even close. I think Julie would be an all-star in any hospital she decided to work at. I hope she decides to stay at this or another VA hospital. Julie always showed patient respect. Julie always demonstrated commitment and excellence in doing her job correctly and always took pride in doing a job well done.
