Julie's expertise in patient care, compassion, and knowledge made our experience so much better.
Julie was a godsend for my brother while he was here. From the time we arrived from the ED, we knew we were in good hands with Julie. Two days later after two very long frustrating nights, Julie arranged for a private room for my brother, so he could finally get some much needed rest. She also somehow arranged to be his nurse for one more day to help with the transition to a different area of the 3rd floor. While I was sitting with my brother, Julie also asked if there was anything I needed, like water or coffee, so I could remain in the room. Julie's expertise in patient care, compassion, and knowledge made our experience so much better. She offered suggestions, contacted doctors, and explained medications and treatments. She definitely is a role model for excellent nursing care! After 5 days, Julie helped us obtain a recliner for our room as well. She is exemplary and deserves the utmost recognition.
