Julie was very kind and made a point to make sure I was comfortable and not too nervous for my colonoscopy. She also made sure the IV process was as easy as possible. She was very thorough in explaining all pertinent information and documents to me. Her use of humor and thoughtfulness greatly helped me through my procedure. I could also hear her doing the same for nearby patients who were regularly laughing and sounded in good spirits. Overall, her care for her patients truly stands out!
