I had Julie as my nurse for a repeat C-section. From the moment her shift started I could tell she cared so much about her patients. Even though I just had major OB surgery, her attention improved my strength and health. She helped me so much - my incision has been very sore, but she helped with anything I needed. I couldn't go to the bathroom by myself, but she literally helped me every step of the way. She always let me know when she would be back to help me and if I needed something. She never kept me waiting long; she is extremely great at her job! For example, this is my second daughter, and we are breastfeeding her, but she isn't as eager to latch. Julie gave me tips that truly helped that I didn't even learn with my first. She works long hours and maintains happiness with her patients; it blows my mind because her legs have got to be killing her by the end of the day.

My second night wasn't that great, and seeing her come in the next day cheered me up. She is extremely personable and caring. Julie was great when handling my daughter and settled her so easily. I loved having her as my nurse throughout my stay at Rancho Springs.

I have had great and negative experiences with each delivery, so I know how important and valuable a kind and upbeat nurse is for a patient’s post-partum recovery. Julie is the highest-level of a nursing professional in every aspect. I am beyond blessed that I had her for my stay and the memories she allowed me to cherish with my daughter.
