Julie is a phenomenal human being! Today my husband required several painful interventions, and Julie was amazing. She calmed my husband down when he was disoriented and frightened and went out of her way to reassure him as she performed her healing tasks. She cleaned and dressed my husband and even insisted on changing his bed herself, telling me to take a much-needed break.

Besides helping my husband, Julie was a huge blessing to me. She sat with me and explained our new plan of attack for his worsening problems. She consulted the doctor and ordered new medicines. She wrote out a new care plan for me to implement and went over it until I was confident I could take over. She sorted through his medicines and discarded the ones we were discontinuing. She made sure I knew what new drugs we were starting and how to administer them. After almost 2 1/2 hours with us she left, only to call and say she was picking up his prescriptions at Walgreens so I would not have to go out to get them tonight! She brought them in and placed them in his pill organizers so everything would be easier for me.

All in all, Julie went way above and beyond her duties in order to help my husband and me. She knew instinctively how stressed I was and took it upon herself to meet my needs as well. We are beyond grateful to her and wanted to share her compassionate acts of service.
