Professor Julie Cupples always goes above and beyond the call of duty.  She works hard for her students to make sure they have meaningful clinical experiences, and that her instruction in the classroom actively involves the students.  Last fall, she drove from Jackson, TN to Memphis, TN each week to teach a pediatric clinical for her students from Jackson, TN.  Professor Cupples is continuously thinking of ways to engage her students in learning.  Also, she  researches and critically analyzes best educational practices and makes suggestions on faculty committe workgroups and committees.
