Julie befriended me, my wife, and my son during his illness. My wife and I had no means to transport our luggage from our hotel and Julie sacrificed her time to assist us as well as buying us dinner. Julie went above and beyond the call of duty to see that we were all taken care of in all aspects and that we were comfortable!
