I was afraid my mother would pass while I was not there. Julie got permission for me to look through the window at Mom. Julie slowly woke her up and I was able to wave at her. I will never forget such kindness. She went above and beyond in caring for my mother. She was patient with me and always called me with updates on her shift. Julie really explained things in a way that I could understand and I felt at ease about my mom.
