Julie Ibude, RN

I am nominating Julie because she has been forever supportive to everyone in the team. She is at her desk every day at 7.30 (or even earlier?), and although her workload is huge, she always has time to check in with everyone. She makes time to make sure everyone is fine. She is very thoughtful and supportive and will always go the extra mile for families and team members. She makes new members of the team feel welcomed and supports them in their settling-in period. We are lucky to have her!
