Julie J Lee, BSN, RN
Julie went above and beyond to help care for my mother. She was there from the beginning of the CCRT. She explained everything that was going to happen. She was informative in every way. Not only did she tolerate me asking a million questions but also 50 million family members that came in. Julie is the most compassionate, amazing nurse I have ever encountered, and my mom has been coming to this hospital for over 3 years now non-stop. Julie is by far the most caring person that I have ever met - not just a nurse - but a person in general. I appreciate her for trying to save my mom's life, and I appreciate her for working a long, long shift. I appreciate her for waiting around to make sure that the next nurse will take care of her equally, if not better. There were instances where Julie fought hard to get my mom's dialysis going because it took almost 6 hours for them to come. She was very knowledgeable. She trained a nurse on the spot on how to run a certain procedure just to make sure my mom was well taken care of. Julie deserves this award and so much more - thank you.
