On a regular basis “Nurse Julie” is the focus of our weekly visits to D Clinic. When we arrive in the clinic, she swoops up our daughter and allows us to speak with the doctors and focus. This is a big deal because our daughter is two. Moreover, she makes her look forward to appointments. She wants to go to St. Jude because of Nurse Julie. When she feels bad we remind her that Nurse Julie would miss her and that is always the ticket. Nurse Julie also helps us out with anxiety and questions. We want to see her too and completely trust her with our daughter. Question: Literally, where would we be without Nurse Julie?! Answer: Don’t know, don’t want to!
