Julie gave me exemplary care! As a role model, she was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to show me pictures of the procedure. Julie advocated for me by explaining my low tolerance to anesthesia to the doctor and calling him on my behalf when I had a question after I got home. An example of her holistic approach was ensuring I had dependable family/friends to help me as needed at home. Julie was conscientious of my senior status, privacy and concerns; she was patient and empathetic. Julie is an amazing nurse!
