Julie Kesterson, RN

Julie is a DAISY Nurse because her nomination demonstrated the “heart” of Franciscan nursing, which is to focus on the unique needs and characteristics of each patient we are blessed to serve. She was nominated by a patient who shared two examples of Julie caring for her with joy and compassion, and even going the “extra step” by taking her own personal time to obtain an item that the patient had expressed would make her more comfortable while in the hospital.
