Dr. Knuths goes above and beyond her responsibilities and has a deep, personal connection with the success of our program and its students. She is consistently supporting faculty in any way she can. She helps identify possible scholarly publications, she identifies needs in the curriculum, she is a liaison for so many of our resources, and perhaps most importantly she takes time from all this to talk to students, faculty, and staff when they have needs, which is basically all the time. 
Dr. Knuths is the total package. She strives for excellence in her teaching, she pushes herself to be the best, and she is an excellent, kind, and compassionate educator, colleague, and leader. I'm inspired by her daily and am so thankful for the gifts she brings to our program. She infuses the Benedictine tradition into her work and it is evident.
