Julie Kosier, LPN

Julie is an outstanding nurse whose compassion, teamwork, and willingness to help in any circumstance make her an invaluable asset to the clinic. Julie demonstrates a deep commitment to patient-centered care, always prioritizing what is best for the patient.

She genuinely cares, regardless of her role or responsibility. For the imaging department specifically, she made magnetic X-ray place cards to hang on the door so that when the patients are being imaged, another patient will not be roomed in their absence. This has helped tremendously to eliminate workflow issues, and is just one example of the many ways Julie is willing to assist other departments.

This nomination is coming from the entire OSS Medical Imaging team. We all think she is highly deserving of this award.
