I arrived at L&D after an MVA, which the car was not viable. My nurse was so sweet and came in calmly to take my vitals and make sure the baby and I were okay and comfortable while they monitored the baby. Not only did they provide positive care, but they also asked me if I needed dimmed lighting, water, ice, or a warm blanket which was going above and beyond.

Dr. L also came in with a calm and positive attitude and reassured me that the baby and I were doing okay. The care was beyond thorough and working in a hospital myself my standards of care can be very high. These staff are absolutely amazing and I was honored to be in their care for the night! Kaiser San Jose is lucky to have them and I hope I can see them in a few short weeks when we deliver a baby girl! Thank you again, I appreciate the compassion and hard work!
