Julie was awesome. She went above and beyond to help (not only me but I heard in the hall how she was "running her butt off"). I had a lot of questions that she tried to answer the best she could. If she couldn't answer, she got the right person who could. She made me feel very comfortable even though I felt like I was her worst nightmare. She never let it show and continued to be very nice and pleasant. I needed to speak to my Dr. at one point and she got him for me. If I ever got to choose the person I wanted to take care of me, it would definitely be Julie Lannoye. This is the nurse you want taking care of your parents and other loved ones. You would know they are in great hands when in this nurse's hands. She also made sure I got my flu and pneumonia shots. She was so helpful in every way. She is the kind of person I would hang around with and choose as a friend (outside of her work). I can't say enough good stuff about her and definitely found nothing negative.
