Julie was so sweet and kind. I'm a plus-size woman and very self-conscious. She made me feel like I weighed 120 pounds! At one point, she commented on how pretty I was - you know, you don't feel pretty with no makeup, facing surgery, etc. Everyone in that facility was fabulous, and they all deserve a team recognition.

After surgery, I was taken to the PCU, where I was in significant pain. Julie immediately stepped in, working quickly to manage my pain and ensure I was comfortable. She went out of her way to communicate with my husband, keeping him informed and reassuring him every step of the way. She made sure I was warm, well cared for, and never felt alone in my recovery.
