Julie Mauer, BSN, RN

Ms. Mauer has gone way beyond in helping her patients in case managing of their care. From those with simple needs to all-out full case management in getting them from ICU to step-down, and sometimes getting them into the VA Rehab Center in San Antonio. Ms. Mauer has worked with medical staff, patients, and many times with spouses or parents. She has a great relationship with her providers to ensure their soldier members are well taken care of. She never complains and always steps up to the plate to help her patients, providers, and co-workers.
