Acutely sick child with respiratory distress and very combative parents. Julie was essential for the care of the child and for de-escalating the situation with her amazing interpersonal skills and clinical acumen. Because of Julie's assistance, the child was able to be transferred to the Emergency Department and get the care needed. Please recognize Julie for this award as she is so deserving.
