When I came in to see my family member in hospital, I was just amazed and very impressed with the attentiveness, seriousness and professionalism of Julie. Never did I feel like Julie was in a hurry to end her shift even though I'm sure she was anxious to get home to her family. She never showed it and continued working thoroughly to hand off my family member to next nurse. Julie had the best attitude and calmness toward my family and always kept them informed. I would like to thank Julie for all her hard work and dedication towards my family member.
