Julie handles all situations with ease and never loses sight of the patient's needs as a priority.
Julie is a nurse who consistently goes above and beyond for her patients, she is a role model. She routinely flexes her schedule to ensure appropriate staffing is attained. Patients in need seem to present themselves when Julie is around and she handles all situations with ease and never loses sight of the patient's needs as a priority. Recently she came across a laboring mother in the lobby of the hospital who arrived with her husband and midwife. She assessed the need to get the patient to the OB unit promptly. Julie was later made aware the baby was in crisis and an emergent C-section was performed. She received a thank you call from the physician thanking her for her assistance in getting the patient to the unit quickly. A healthy baby boy was welcomed into the world.
